Q: What is the difference between the Matte and Satin Canvas.

A: The main difference is Matte vs Satin (semi-gloss) what do you prefer. Matte is an all around nice canvas great for landscapes, and portraits alike. Matte is also great for hanging on walls that have spot lights highlighting your art because it does not have a sheen to it like the Satin. Satin is great for portraits because it gives a little more contrast than the Matte, and the Satin has a semi-gloss look to it.

Q: What type of media can you except for printing?

A: Platinum Pixs can take Prints, Slides, Negatives, and Digital Files.

Q: Does file/Image size matter?

A: Yes it does.  The larger the file or original image size the clearer and sharper your image will look, we will be glad to help determine the right size.

Q: Can we use our Voucher towards a different size of canvas print?

A: Yes you can use your voucher towards a larger canvas or canvas project, you'll just pay the difference in the canvas pricing and the shipping coast.

Q: How do I get my Image to you?

A: For Prints, Slides, Negatives, CD, or USB images they can be mailed to us. For Digital Images on the computer they can be emailed to [email protected]

DVD Slide Shows Your families Pictures, set to your Music.

DVD Slide Shows include:

  • 100 Photos (Prints, Slides, Negatives up to 8X10, and digital files)
  • Scanning, with minor cleaning and color correction.
  • 2-3 songs per 100 photo's.
  • The running time is about 10mins per 100 photo's
  • 1 DVD that will play on both regular and Blu-ray DVD players, and
  • 1 archiving CD with your images on it.

Additions:

  • Additional Photos can be added to your DVD SlideShow at $0.75 per photos.
  • Additional copies of your DVD SlideShow, and CDs can be ordered, DVD’s are $20.00 each, CD’s are $10.00, and a DVD-CD set $25.00
